Lot 884: Pair Cloisonne Foo Dogs plus Cloisonne Plate

Item 1: Cloisonne plate with an enameled center of flowers and foliage against a blue sky with butterflies, within a floral border. Decorative scroll pattern on back. Approximate dimensions: 14 in W x 2 in. H. Item 2:  Pair of cloisonne foo dogs with turquoise enamel ground.  Dark blue, white, red, green, and pink enamel interiors, including a dragon motif.  Raised gold gilt decoration on the body, gilt bronze tail, spine, and open mouths. Approximate dimensions:  11 in. L x 8 1/2 in. H. All items Asian, Late 19th/Early 20th century.

PROVENANCE: The estate of Eleanor Jacobs, Nashville, TN.
