Oversized Renaissance Revival marble top center table, possibly by Thomas Brooks (NY, 1811-1887), featuring oval white marble top with molded edge over a conforming molded walnut skirt with scroll carving to edges. Central turned pedestal with cabochon carving and drop finial, joined to four elaborate bracket and scroll carved legs terminating in original casters. Overall: 31 in. H x 37 1/2 in. W x 28 3/4 in. D. American, c. 1865.
PROVENANCE: The Estate of George Bradley, Lewisburg, TN.
CONDITION: Marble top with some scratching and staining and an occasional small chip, wood base in very good condition with scattered minor wear and shrinkage.
