Sterling silver tea service, including Coffee pot, tea kettle plus stand and burner, covered creamer and sugar bowl, all with artichoke finials, cast rose handles, and gadrooned edges, and marked with an unidentified foliate scroll mark, together with a substantial rectangular silverplated tray with floral scroll handles and gadrooned edges, unmarked. Kettle height (not including stand): 11 in. H. All items American, second quarter 20th century. Combined weight, tea service: 131.73 oz troy. 20th century.
PROVENANCE: The estate of Dr. W. Harwell Murrey, Middle Tennessee.
CONDITION: Overall very good condition. Tea Kettle handle slightly loose, with some cracking to ferrules. No monograms.
