Piedmont, North Carolina salt-glazed stoneware pottery jar stamped WOOD & LOY (Alamance County, 1880-1900). Slightly ovoid form with a wide, flat rim. Stamped WOOD & LOY on the upper shoulder along with 1 denoting the gallon capacity. 9" H. Late 19th/early 20th century.
CONDITION: Overall very good condition.
