James Rosenquist (American, 1933-2017), color lithograph, “Ice Point.” The upside-down face of a woman peers through jagged shapes set against a starry background. The tracks of ice skates loop through the lower third of the composition. From the edition of 150 created for the Art and Sport portfolio co-published by Visconti Fine Art and Lazo Vujic. Signed, dated, numbered 39/150, and titled in pencil along the lower edge. Ref.: Glenn 202. Floated under acrylic in an ebonized wood frame with white mat. Sheet: 33 in. H x 24 in. W. Framed: 42 3/4 in. H x 33 1/8 in. W. 1983. Note: The Art and Sport portfolio featured original prints by Andy Warhol, Henry Moore, James Rosenquist, and others created to commemorate the 1984 Winter Olympics in Sarajevo, Yugoslavia.
