Over-sized Back Bay Redhead Drake decoy by the Mason Factory, with distinctive golden eyes. The underside is stamped with the ‘Mackey Collection’ mark. 7 1/2 in. H x 18 in. L. Late 19th century. CONDITION: Overall very good condition. Repainted by Maurice Waterman of Knotts Island, VA, around 1915. Minor paint loss, primarily to the tail.

Madison Mitchell (Havre de Grace, MD/1901-1993), high-head standing field goose decoy in the original paint. Overall height (on stand) 18 1/2 in. H, goose measures 13 in. H and 27 in. L. Note: Mitchell produced very few standing field geese with elongated necks, making this a scarce example. CONDITION: Wear to paint on the bill and sides. Overall good condition.
