North Carolina stoneware pottery jar by N. H. Dixon (Nathaniel H. Dixon, 1827-1863) , stamped "N H DIXON 3 1/4" beneath one of the two lug handles. Found in Durham County, NC. 11-1/2" H. Mid 19th century. Condition: Overall very good condition with two shallow interior rim chips and small flake to base.

Two Georgia alkaline drip glazed stoneware pottery jars including one with incised lines around the shoulder (11" H) and the other with two applied handles (8 1/4" H). Georgia, late 19th century.
