CONDITION: Overall very good condition. With foxing within printed area, not to lower and side edges. 1 1/4 in L tear with tape affixed to verso, lower left corner, plus other minor tears along lower edge and to lower left corner, 1/4 in L to 1/2 in L. 3/4 in L tear to lower-center edge and 1/2 in L tear to center-right edge. Banner is rolled.
