PROVENANCE: The estate of Jerome Moe, Nashville, TN.
CONDITION: Painting with scattered, localized flaking to roof and tree, upper center and upper left, plus 2″ L scratch to porch and righthand windows at center and 1″ L scratch with loss to gable. Frame with minor, scattered abrasions.
