Lot of two southern pottery items including, Item 1: Edgefield, South Carolina alkaline glazed storage jar with distinctive ridge line at the lower rim flaring to a square rolled rim. 9" H x 5" W. 19th Century. Item 2: Small North Carolina alkaline glazed jug with thick alkaline glaze build up at base. 6" H x 3 3/4" W. Possibly Catawba Valley area of NC, 19th century Condition: Both Items in very good condition.
