Chinese Famille Rose porcelain plaque, with overglaze decoration depicting a mountainous landscape and a procession of figures moving along a mountain path with the lead figure holding a red flag. Four lines of inscription with two red seals upper right corner. Like made in the Jiangxi province. Housed in an ebonized wood frame fitted with a brass hanger. Sight: 14 5/8" H x 9 3/8" W. Framed: 16 3/4" H x 11 1/2" W. 1st half 20th century.
CONDITION: Minor rubbing to the perimeter of plaque but otherwise overall very good condition. Frame with minor losses to paint.
