Piedmont, North Carolina, salt-glazed stoneware pottery jug stamped W. DAVIS for Wright Davis (Randolph County, 1838-1928). Jug with a pulled handle applied to the middle shoulder and the neck. Stamped W. DAVIS on the upper shoulder right of the handle. 11 3/4" H. Late 19th/Early 20th century.
CONDITION: Very good condition with kiln mark to the shoulder area.
