Leenders (Netherlands, 1854-1930) watercolor on paper depicting a village harbor scene with a large windmill in the center of a small village with boats moored in the harbor. Signed lower right. Housed under glass in a carved gilt wood frame. Sight: 23 5/8 in. H x 17 5/8 in. W. Framed: 30 in. H x 24 in. W. 

CONDITION: 1st item: Paper with pin holes, fold lines, and wear to edges and corners, image overall good condition. Frame with minor scattered abrasions. 2nd item: Painting overall very good condition. Frame with minor scattered abrasions and losses.
