Francisco de Goya Lucientes (Spanish, 1746-1828) etching with aquatint from Los Caprichos, “Dios la perdone: Y era su madre” (God Forgive Her: And It Was Her Mother), c. 1799, from the 1929 edition of approximately 100 printed on handmade laid paper at the Escuela Nacional de Artes Graficas for the Seville Exhibition. With Joseph Guarro watermark with portrait of Goya wearing a cap. Ref.: Delteil 53; Harris 51. Floated under plexiglass in a silvered and ebonized wood frame with white mat. Sheet: 14 1/4 in H x 10 1/8 in W. Frame: 30 1/8 in H x 26 1/4 in W.

CONDITION: Overall very good condition. Sheet is affixed to mounting. Not examined outside of frame.
