Mary Heilmann (American, b. 1940) color woodcut and archival pigment print, “Lovejoy,” 2007. A colorful, geometric woodcut abstraction at left contrasts with a pigment print of a swimming pool and distant landscape at right. The colors and shapes of the abstract composition appear in the pool’s water. Signed and numbered 29/35 in pencil, lower right. Floated under plexiglass in a modern wooden frame with white mount. Sheet: 29 in H x 41 in W. Frame: 31 3/4 in H x 44 1/4 in W.
PROVENANCE: Private corporate collection.
CONDITION: Overall very good condition. Not examined out of frame. Frame with black accretion to lower right corner, 14 1/2 in L.
