Autograph: President Theodore Roosevelt (1858-1919, President 1901-1909) TLS to Major General George Barnett on Roosevelt’s personal Oyster Bay Long Island, NY stationary, dated July 26, 1918, acknowledging receipt of his “mighty nice letter.” Single page (9 1/2″ x 7″), signed in pen with initials TR to reverse.
CONDITION: Overall good condition, lightly toned and faded, minor creases. A couple of spots of foxing, including one just below signature; crease across signature, tiny loss near upper right corner.
