W. 2nd item: Chinese enameled snuff bottle, flattened urn form, with bird on flowering branch decoration. Marked CHINA on the base. 2 1/2 in. H. 3rd item: Chinese Trousse traveling knife and chopsticks set with case. Knife with inscribed blade. 13 3/4 total in. All items 20th century. 4th – 5th items: Two (2) Chinese snuff bottles, including cinnabar and inlaid silver. 4th item: Carved cinnabar snuff bottle with landscape decoration on each side within carved floral reserves. Raised signature on the base. 3 in. H. 5th item: Silver snuff bottle with inlaid mother-of-pearl etched plaques to each side, one depicting a landscape scene and the other with Chinese characters, with additional mother-of-pearl stones to the shoulder and a mother-of-pearl stopper. Based marked SILVER. Bottle XRF tests sterling. 2 3/4 in. H. Both 20th century.
CONDITION: Cloisonne snuff bottle with minor damage to one side. Remaining items overall good condition. 4th items: Cinnabar bottle with losses to the upper shoulder on one side, otherwise overall good condition. 5th item: Silver and mother-of-pearl bottle overall good condition.
