Twenty-five (25) Georg Jensen sterling silver serving pieces including Acorn Pattern pieces and two (2) dishes. Includes 15 pieces in the Acorn Pattern: 1 Tablespoon (8″); 1 serving spoon (8″) with solid silver bowl; 1 serving fork (8 7/8″); 2 serving spoons with solid silver bowl (9″); 1 serving spoon with solid silver bowl (9 1/2″); 1 hollow handle fruit or master butter knife (7 1/4″); large 2-piece roast carving set including fork and knife with stainless blade; 1 two pronged fork with hollow handle (9″); 1 pickle fork; 1 set sugar tongs (5″); 1 ladle (8″); and a 2 pc salt and pepper set. The tablespoon and one 9″ serving spoon have post 1945 hallmarks; the others are marked for 1933-1944 production. Also included are 8 salt spoons in the #73 pattern, 1 sugar spoon and 1 pickle fork in the #41 pattern and two small dishes, 5 1/4″ diameter, pattern number 209B, all with 1933-1944 marks. Weighable silver: 36.2 troy ounces.
PROVENANCE: Private Middle Tennessee collection, purchased from Georg Jensen, Copenhagen.
CONDITION: Excellent condition. No monograms. Includes original cloth bags.
