Historical note: Edmund Jennings Randolph was one of the Founding Fathers, a skilled lawyer, and Virginia’s seventh governor. He took part in the Constitutional Convention as a delegate from Virginia and helped draft the U.S. Constitution on the Committee of Detail. President George Washington appointed him as the first U.S. Attorney General, and he later became Washington’s second Secretary of State.
CONDITION: Vertical crease to the center with overall toning. Two untoned circular areas are visible on the back.
