Two (2) pre-WWI bayonets and a WWII German Luftwaffe officer dagger with scabbard. 1st item: Late war WWII German Luftwaffe officer dagger with scabbard, second model, unmarked. The dagger includes a decorative eagle carrying a swastika in its talons on the knife''s cross guard, an ornately decorated pommel with a prominent swastika at the center, and orange knife grips that feature a carved groove accented with brass wire. Steel scabbard. Near the tip is a section containing decorative oak leaves rising upward from the tip. Overall 15 1/4" L; Blade 10 1/2" L. 2nd item: Early French Model 1886 Lebel Rifle Bayonet with scabbard, marked "J" and "B" above the crossguard, marked 12668 on quillon, scabbard marked 65411. All metal construction, with polished smooth grip, hooked quillon, and muzzle ring. Leather scabbard frog with brass ''U.S.'' emblem. Scabbard frog appears to be for Indian War US Model 1873 45-70 Springfield Trapdoor Rifle bayonet. Overall 25 1/4" L; Blade 20 1/2" L. 3rd item: French regulation bayonet sword with scabbard, for GRAS rifle. Wood and brass handle, hooked quillon and muzzle ring. Blade marked "Manufacture d''armes de Oulle, Juin 1880", marked C99420 on quillon and stamped with a "B" twice on the opposite side, stamped with a "2" on one side of the blade and a "G" on the opposite side. Scabbard marked "C99420". Overall 25 1/2" L; Blade 20 1/2" L.
CONDITION: 1st item: Loose grip and quillon. Oxidation to scabbard and wear on the tip. 2nd item: Overall good condition. Rust and oxidation to crossguard. Rust and oxidation to scabbard and wear to leather scabbard frog. 3rd item: Overall good condition. Wear to the wood grip. Light oxidation. Rust and oxidation to scabbard.
