Three (3) English Sterling Silver Stuffing or Basting spoons, all 12" L (30 cm), with downturned oval handles. Two are hallmarked for William Sumner, London, 1790, and monogrammed JEL; the third is hallmarked for Peter and William Bateman, London, 1806, no monogram. Combined weight: 11.55 troy ounces. Together with a George II sterling ladle or brandy warmer with spout and ebonized wooden handle, hallmarked for Ralph Maidman, London, 1731, and monogrammed ET. 15" L (38 cm).
PROVENANCE: By descent in the historic Pinckney family of Runnymede Plantation, South Carolina.
CONDITION: Bateman spoon has wear to tip of bowl and possible monogram removal. Ladle has several small dents to silver, Other items excellent condition.
