Two (2) carved and painted wood Merganser drake duck decoys including one signed and dated "Miles Hancock (VA 1887-1975), 1938" and one unsigned but numbered 229. 6 1/2" H x 15" L and 7 1/8" H x 15" L. Both 1st half 20th century.
PROVENANCE: Private Knoxville, Tennessee collection.
CONDITION: Hancock duck in overall good condition with scattered and losses wear to paint. The other duck with separation of the body into halves. Scattered light wear to the paint.
