Collection of ten (10) porcelain oyster plates by various makers, all of different patterns and colors, four (4) marked by French Limoges factories including two (2) Haviland Turkey plates, one (1) Haviland five-well plate with Asian flowers, one (1) square five-well plate by Marx & Gutherz, Carlsbad, and one (1) with impressed numbers "765/7" on base, four (4) with no maker marks. 7-5/8" to 10" dia. All late 19th/early 20th century. Provenance: Estate of Celia (Cece) Webb, Nashville, Tennessee. CONDITION: 3/4" chip loss to underside of one turkey plate and blue and white plate with cornflower center. Scattered loss to gilt edges. Three hairline firing flaws to plate with trout decoration. Others in overall very good condition.
