Chinese Qing Dynasty white and gray/black nephrite brushwasher bowl (also known as chicken bone jade); elaborately carved in a lotus leaf form with bird or phoenix, fruit and leaf decoration along the side and well-articulated vines on the underside. Bowl – 2" H x 7" W x 6" D. Custom carved hardwood stand – 1" H x 7" W x 6" D. Provenance: The collection/estate of Mr. and Mrs. W. Jeter Eason, Memphis, Tennessee, by descent to present consignor. CONDITION: Excellent condition.
