1st item: Northwest coast Nootka twined whaler’s hat with a broad conical shape and knob at the top. The interior has an integral sweat band woven from wider strips to secure the hat in place. 10 3/4 in. H. Circa 1930. 2nd item: Makah or Nootka basket-covered bottle with zigzag design from the Vancouver Island area. 7 3/4 in. H. Early 20th century.

CONDITION: 1st item: Excellent condition. 2nd item: Breaks to cap edge, otherwise overall excellent condition.
