German Meissen porcelain sweetmeat dish, molded in the form of a shell and supported by a seated female figure wearing a yellow robe with a white hood. Underglaze Meissen double sword mark to base, with incised numbers 1218. 6 1/2" H x 5" W. 19th century. Provenance: the estate of Mrs. Adna Godfrey Wilde, Jr. (Sara Joan Wilde), Colorado Springs, CO. Condition: Overall excellent condition.
