Two (2) Jimmie Lee Sudduth (Alabama, 1910-2007) mud and paint on board outsider art paintings depicting females, including one (1) painted in bright colors depicting a sleeping female on a dark background, and one (1) depicting a female wearing bright green and blue colors and holding a stringed instrument on a white background. Both signed lower margin and unframed. 48 1/4" H x 24" W. 20th century. Provenance: Estate of Carl Klein, Brentwood, TN. CONDITION: Both paintings overall very good condition. Painting with black ground has slight bowing to wood.
