Black Americana pastel on paper, signed lower right "Gayer", depicting a dilapidated frame house with chickens, dog and children in the yard. Sight – 15 1/4" H x 21 7/8" W. Framed – 19 3/4" H x 26 3/8" W. Early 20th century. Condition: Overall very good, some minor cracks to paper upper mid margin, possible staining of paper in upper left quadrant.
