Pair of oil on board portraits of dogs, both terriers, in the style of George Armfield Smith (British, 1808-1893). Unsigned. Both are housed in rococo-style carved gilt frames with gilt wood mats. Sight: 5 5/8" sq. Framed: 12 3/4" sq. British School, Late 19th century.
CONDITION: Both paintings are overall very good condition. Brown and white terrier painting with light craquelure to lower right corner. Brown terrier painting with light craquelure to the upper left corner.
