1st – 4th items: Four-piece Chinese Export sterling silver tea service consisting of a teapot, covered sugar bowl, and creamer. Each has a shaped body with a bamboo motif on a stippled ground, bamboo form finials, and handles. The bases with maker’s mark CJ, together with Chinese hallmarks. Set XRF tests sterling. Ranging in size from 3 3/8 in. H x 5 1/2 in. W to 5 3/4 in. W x 8 7/8 in. W. 56.25 total troy ounces. 5th & 6th items: Two sterling figural salt/pepper shakers in the form of Asian style buildings. Both are marked sterling on the bases. 2 in. & 3 in. H. 2.0 total troy ounces. All items late 19th to early 20th century.
CONDITION:
1st – 4th items: All pieces are in overall very good condition. 3-letter monogram JOC to each circular cartouche. 5th & 6th items: Overall very good condition.
