English brass fusee movement skeleton clock having a pierced and shield chapter ring with black enameled Roman numerals and bell strike at top. Engraved below the bell above chapter ring "Bamber Blackpool" for Samuel Bamber, working in Blackpool, England, mid to late 19th century. 19 3/4" H x 11 3/8" W x 2 1/4" D. Provenance: The Estate of Betty E. Lamberth, sold to benefit The Baptist Foundation of Alabama. CONDITION: Retains a pendulum. Pendulum wheel appears to work. Fusee movement not tested for functionality or guaranteed.
