Lot 396: Mt. Washington Royal Flemish Biscuit Jar

Mount Washington Royal Flemish Art Glass biscuit jar, featuring multicolored panels of glass divided by raised gold lines and star decorations, with circular reserves emulating Roman coins. Silver-plated lid stamped MW with bail handle. 9 1/8 in. H including handle fully extended x 5 1/4 in. diameter. Late 19th/early 20th century. 

CONDITION: Overall very good condition with some oxidation to the “coins” and silver-plated areas. We have not attempted to polish the silverplate. There appears to be some wear to the handle.
