Misha Frid (Russian, b. 1938) cold painted bronze sculpture depicting a partially clad female resting atop a male lion, fitted with a custom crystal rock base. Back of sculpture marked "M. Frid" with copyright 1988 and foundry mark. Numbered #103/190. Bronze measures 12" H. 15 1/2" total H with glass base. 14" diameter. 27.9 lbs. Provenance: Private Collection, Nashville, TN. CONDITION: Light wear to silver paint on dress. Some very light scattered scratching to glass rock base.
