Eames No. 670 & 671 lounge chair and ottoman in chocolate brown leather upholstery, made by Herman Miller circa 1970s and designed in 1956 by Charles Eames (American, 1907-1978) and Ray Eames (American, 1912-1988). Chair – 31 1/2"H x 33" W x 29"D. Ottoman – 18 1/2"H x 26"W x 21"D.
PROVENANCE: Private Nashville area collection, acquired c. 1977.
CONDITION: Overall very good condition. A handful of very minor small scuffs to leather. A couple of small spots (largest 1/2" L) of a flaky white substance, possibly paint, on seat, back and wood on one side.
