Forty-eight (48) Royal Crown Derby "Gold Aves" pattern porcelain luncheon items, having 22 karat yellow gold hand-decorated birds of paradise and peacocks among flora with scalloped rims. Includes: sixteen (16) cream soup bowls (2" H x 6 3/4" W) with sixteen (16) underplates (6 1/2" dia.) and sixteen (16) bread and butter plates (6 1/4" dia.). All items with red Royal Crown Derby stamps to underside of bases. 20th century.
PROVENANCE: The Estate of Margaret Harold Roberts, Lookout Mountain, Georgia.
CONDITION: Overall very good condition with normal surface scratches and wear/rubbing to decorations.
