1st item: Large Japanese Imari porcelain charger having a scalloped border with a central reserve depicting a flower arrangement flanked by alternating vignettes depicting cranes and flowering branches. Blue foliate decoration to the underside of the rim. 17 7/8″ dia. 2nd item: Large Imari porcelain vase having a wide flaring rim with alternating landscape and floral vignette decoration to the body, inner rim with red and gilt foliate decoration, base with red seal mark. 15 1/4″ H. Both Late 19th/Early 20th century.
PROVENANCE: The Estate of Margaret Harold Roberts, Lookout Mountain, Georgia.
CONDITION: Both pieces overall good condition.
