Biographical Note: Jeff Chapman-Crane was born in Kingsport in East Tennessee and today lives and works in Enolia, Kentucky. Since the 1970s, his work has focused on the landscape, people, and culture of Southern Appalachia. Chapman-Crane has been featured in American Artist magazine and is a four-time finalist in the Artists Magazine’s annual portrait competition. He also illustrated the children’s book, “Ragsale,” which won Best in Show at the 1995 New England Bookfair. His professional representation has included Phyllis J.
