Antique Iranian Isfahan area rug, wool on cotton, overall cream field, the center with flowering vase and bird designs within three primary borders including a bird and foliate border. Woven in red, pink, blue, green, gold, and cream colors. 7ft 1in x 5ft. Circa 1920’s.
PROVENANCE: Private Des Moines, Iowa collection.
CONDITION: Overall very good condition, even light pile wear, and losses to fringed ends primarily to the lower end.
