Lot 252: Persian Kashan Medallion Rug, 5 ft x 3.5 ft

Persian Kashan rug with a central blue ground medallion within a large central red medallion flanked by blue spandrels within three primary spandrels, overall scrolling foliate designs. 5 ft. 2 in. x 3 ft. 6 in. Circa 1900 – 1915.

PROVENANCE: Private Des Moines, Iowa collection.

CONDITION: Overall good condition with losses to fringe and wear to border edges.
