Tall Chinese Ming style martaban or storage jar, ovoid form with mottled brown glaze, loop handles at shoulder, the body with molded stylized Chih-lung dragons and clouds. 32" H. 20th century. Provenance: Nashville collection, acquired in New York City circa 1970. CONDITION: Overall very good condition with a few glaze pops, minor small chips to foot rim/underside, scattered small abrasions.
