Grouping of thirty (30) Joseph Delaney (Tennessee/New York, 1904-1991) ink on paper drawings on twenty-seven (27) loose sheets of paper, 28 items total, depicting male and female nude figures in various poses, images of buildings facades, presumably in New York City, and other human figures including one profile of a standing skeleton. Two signed "Joseph Delaney", en verso; five with handwritten notes, primarily names, and addresses or phone number, recto and verso. Also includes one (1) softcover copy of the booklet THIRTY-SIX YEARS EXHIBITING IN WASHINGTON SQUARE OUTDOOR ART SHOW, by Joseph Delaney, March 27, 1968. Drawings ranging in size from 6" H x 4" W to 7 1/8" H x 5 1/8" W. Booklet: 11 1/4" H x 8 5/8" W.
CONDITION: All drawings in overall good condition with toning, areas of loss, largest 1/8" x 5/8", to edges of sheets, some minor dampstaining, and general handling wear. Booklet with some ink transfer, surface grime, rust spots from staples.
