Pair of Samuel Kirk (Baltimore) silver julep cups, each with a molded lip and footring. 1st item marked S. Kirk & Son. Co. Sterling 925/1000 2992, engraved on face EPB. 5.04 oz troy. 20th century. 2nd item is coin silver with earlier, seamed construction, marked S.Kirk in rectangle and S.K. 11.oz in rectangles, inscribed on face JEL and on bottom "Elizabeth DuPont Bayard from her loving godmother Ellen Lewenhaupt June 11, 1911." 4.43 oz troy. (Circa mid-19th century with later inscription). Both 3-1/3"H. Provenance: Estate of Salli LaGrone, Franklin, Tennessee. Condition: Both in excellent condition with minor light scratching.
