Sterling Strauser (Pennsylvania, 1907-1995) oil on board still life painting depicting a clear vase with multicolored flowers, including yellow lillies, set against a tan and blue background, rendered with some impasto and sgraffito linework. Signed and dated “Strauser 1953” lower left. Housed in a molded gilt wood frame with a white mat/liner. Sight: 21 1/2 in. x 17 1/2 in. Framed: 29 1/2 in. x 25 1/2 in.
CONDITION: Overall very good condition.
