Framed: 13 1/2″ H X 16 1/2″ W. 2nd item: Manuel Monton Bunuel (Spanish, b. 1940) oil on canvas French streetscape titled “Butte Montmartre” and depicting the Parisian neighborhood of the same name with the white-domed Basilica of the Sacré-Cœur visible in the background. Signed lower right. Housed in a linen matte with gilt liner and frame. Sight: 10 1/8″ H x 8 1/8″ W. Framed: 15″ H x 13″ W.

CONDITION: 1st item: Overall very good condition. 2nd item: Painting in excellent condition. Frame with minor abrasions to the corners.
