Federal coin silver sugar urn with engraved shield and swag decoration, attributed to Philadelphia, unmarked. Urn form with beaded edges, lid with urn finial, on a trumpet foot with a square base. Bright cut monogram in one cartouche, "JM." 10"H, 11.84 oz troy. Circa 1790. Provenance: Estate of Salli LaGrone, Franklin, Tennessee. Condition: A few very small dents and light scratches, overall very good condition.
