Large Berlin KPM hand-painted porcelain plaque depicting the biblical figure Rebecca after the painting by Emile Vernet-Lecomte (1821-1900). Marked en verso with impressed maker’s mark “KPM” together with the numbers 255-195 and additional letters. Housed in a gilt wood frame. Sight: 9 1/4 in. H x 6 7/8 in. W. Framed: 14 in. H x 11 1/4 in. W. Circa 1880s. 

PROVENANCE: The Estate of George Bradley, Lewisburg, TN.
 

CONDITION: Overall very good condition with a couple of minor firing imperfections to the lower left quadrant.
