Lot 1111: Art Nouveau Bronze Sculpture & Heintz MIxed Metal Vase

1st item: Art Nouveau gilt bronze sculpture, depicting a man seated on a wall embracing and holding the hand of a standing woman, with roses and a dove at her feet. Mounted to a black stone base. Unsigned. 9 1/2 in. H x 9 in L x 6 in. W. European, 1st half 20th century. 2nd item: Heintz Art Metal Shop mixed metal vase, bronze with inlaid sterling silver floral decoration. Heinz trademark stamped to base along with the shape number #3644 A. 5 in. H. American, early 20th century, after 1912.

PROVENANCE: Private Nashville collection.

CONDITION: 1st item: Overall very good condition. Some chips around the rim of the stone base. 2nd item: Overall very good condition, with some light surface scratches. Original patina.
