Chinese Famille Rose umbrella stand, square form with enameled decoration of birds in branches, peonies, and fruit on a pink ground. Iron red decoration to the top rim and diaper pattern to the foot. 22 1/2 in. H, 7 1/2 in. diameter. Early 20th century.
PROVENANCE: Private Middle Tennessee Collection.
CONDITION: 5 in. long hairline visible only at top of rim and interior; 1 in. hairline at corner of rim. Some wear to enameling at upper flat rim.
