Four (4) sterling and coin silver items including: 1 English dish in the form of an oak leaf with acorn finial to the handle and acorn feet, marks for London, date mark for 1984, maker''s mark SK; 1 Wallace Grande Baroque pattern dish in the form of a heart with maker''s mark and pattern on the base; 1 English 19th-century sugar caster with chased foliate designs, marks for Peter Podio (working in London); and 1 American mid-19th-century coin silver calling card case with chain, rectangular form with engine-turned designs to each side, faintly inscribed "L.A.C. Smith." Items ranging in size from 3 1/2" W x 2 1/2" D to 7 1/2" square. 10.940 weighable sterling troy ounces. Card case weighs 1.795 troy ounces.
PROVENANCE: The collection of Allison and John Beasley, Nashville, TN.
CONDITION: Sterling items in very good condition with no monograms. Card case with wear including pitting and shallow denting plus inscription to cartouche.
