Three (3) Asian blue and white porcelain dishes 1st – 2nd items: Two (2) Chinese porcelain chargers in the manner of export for the Dutch market, with central landscape featuring a man with a pipe and his servant, both dressed in Western clothing, tobacco plant, and a ship in the background, the rim decorated with scenes of a ship at sea. Brown-glazed edge. Unmarked. 12″ dia. Probably 20th century. 3rd item: Chinese export porcelain plate for the Persian market with flowering plant motif to center and small animal motifs to inner rim. Possible Nastaliq signature to underside. 9″ dia. Probably 19th century.
PROVENANCE: Private Williamson County, Tennessee collection.
CONDITION: 1st – 2nd items: Overall very good condition with minute wear to glaze. 3rd item: Overall good condition with minute wear to glaze and minor scattered fleabite chips to rim.
